Beauty is Pain.

Hari nie nak story pasal braces appoinment semalam..

Semalam punya appointment,, tapi die punye sakit sampai harini tak hilang lagi.. Almost 24 hours dah rasa nikmat kesakitan kat gigi nie.. Huhuu betul lah orang cakap,, beauty is pain!!

Before doctor nak pasang screw kat gusi tue,, die ade lah bagi ubat kebas dulu.. Rasenye mase tue sakit sikit jek,, macam kena gigit semut api,, injection kan.. Tapi tak lama lepas tue,, bila ubat kebas dah hilang.. ya Allah,, die punya sakit lagi lah,, berdenyut-denyut sampai naik ke kepala.. hahaha lepas bagi ubat kebas,, dalam 1-2 minit pastue baru die pasang screw tue.. Time die pasang screw tue xrase ape pon,, rase cam die tekan2 jek kat gusi.. Tapi bila dah siap,, then die bg cermin utk tengok,, terkejut jugak aku screw tue dah masuk dalam gusi and ade spring2 bagai.. kahkahkah doctor pesan suruh lebih kerap gosok gigi sbb lepas pakai screw implant nie kene lebih jaga kebersihan,, takut2 ade bacteria kat screw,, nanti lama2 screw boleh jadi longgar and tercabut.. huuu

Gambar sample amek kat gugel,, haha nak amek gambar gigi sendiri xsanggup den.. seram rasanya.. hahaha

Seksanya rase wehh,, sampai tahap menyesal pakai pon ade.. hahaha tapi masalahnye,, bila dah xrase sakit,, hilang rasa menyesal tue.. hihihi rasa tak sabar pulak nak bukak nak tengok gigi rata jek kan.. kikiki dah biasa dah keadaan cam nie.. Lagi lah mase first2 before pakai braces kan,, kene cabut 3 batang gigi woiii.. Tp lama2 dah okay dah.. So,, sekarang nie kita bersabar jek la dengan nikmat kesakitan kat gigi nie.. Harap2 cepatlah hilang rasa sakit nie..

Hmm doctor ada jugak pesan,, kalau tak tahan rase sakit nie,, balik boleh amek panadol walaupon aku pregnant,, sbb usia kandungan dah cecah 4 bulan.. huhuhu tapi,, aku xberani nak amek sebab nurse yg check kandungan aku ada pesan,, jangan suka2 amek panadol,, sebab tengah pregnant tak boleh makan panadol,, makan ubat2 yang klinik bagi jek.. Kalau pening ke ape,, and tak tahan sangat kena pergi hospital.. So,, sampai sekarang nie lah aku tahan jek.. huhuu

PERCUTIAN KETIKA HAMIL ??

ASSALAMUALAIKUM,,

Harini entry pasal pergi bercuti ketika hamil,, hahha seriusly ?

Siapa cakap wanita hamil tak boleh pergi bercuti??  Wanita nie pantang tau kalau di ajak pergi berjalan,, tak kisah la walau die tengah pregnant sekali pon.. hahaha al maklumlah,, bercuti nie merupakan aktiviti yang paling disukai wanita,, especially kalau pergi kat tempat-tempat yang boleh membeli-belah kan,, lagi excited nak pergi..

Okay,, since saya nak pergi vacation on this weekend,, sempat jugaklah searching kat google tentang tips-tips and persediaan diri untuk ibu mengandung yang nak pergi bercuti.. My baby boomb dah almost 3 months ++ lebih kurang 15 week la,, so kandungan dah dalam trimester kedua and kena jugak lah berhati-hati kalau nak pergi bercuti..

  • Rancang perjalanan anda sebaik mungkin.

have a nice day !!

BUBUR AYAM SIMPLE MALAS-MALAS

ASSALAMUALAIKUM,,

Hiii,, this is my first recipe yang I share kat sini.. Since tinggal sorang2 kat rumah kan,, bila malas melanda masak benda yang simple2 jekk.. hahaha okey lets check it out!! But recepi ni utk sorang makan jek tau,, tapi boleh dua kali makan kott.. huhuuu

BAHAN-BAHAN

Sedikit Ayam di potong kecil
Air untuk merebus ayam
Beras 1 cawan jek
Minyak masak 1 sudu besar
1 Ulas bawang besar
2 Ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
Lobak merah / Kentang / Kacang Panjang
Kobis / Sawi
Garam secukup rasa
Lada hitam ditumbuk
Kiub pati ayam / perasa ayam

CARA-CARA
  1. Rebuskan ayam yang telah dipotong.. Tak payah rebus lama sangat,, cukuplah sekadar air rebusan masak dan mendidih.. Kemudian asingkan ayam dan air rebusan,, air rebusan jangan dibuang ya..
  2. Basuh beras hingga bersih..
  6. Then,, masukkan garam dan lada hitam secukup rasa serta kiub pati ayam / perasa ayam..
  7. Biarkan mendidih dan tambahkan air sehingga beras menjadi kembang.. kacau sekali-sekala..

~The maRketiNg stratEgy~

Assalamualaikum..hello,in this articles today, I would like to discuss the four marketing strategies,4P where is Product, Price, Place and Promotion. The four marketing P is important in developing the entire marketing process for your home based business or small business. The 4Ps will be discussed in details in the following points in order to ensure a good marketing plan is developed.

1)PRODUCT
There are several aspects that business owners should take into account for products or services provided in relation to marketing strategies. Business owners need to think to create outstanding packaging that can be separated from the packaging competitors. Business owners should also consider the use of the product warranty and how to make customers feel that they live in a comfort zone after they buy your product.

2)PRICE
The next important P is pricing strategy, if you set a higher price, your products will face great resistance the pursuing of the public to buy your product, if you set a low price for a product, you will generate the perception that the product is low quality. Business owners need to do some home work to find out what the best price to charge to convince the customer that they have the perception that they do not buy an expensive product with the same quality of competitors able to provide.

4)PROMOTION
Business owners need to think about how to promote products or services provided to generate great sales projection. Activities that business owners by including the identification of types of media used in advertising, the marketing effort that is to be carried out, discuss about public relation, describe the promotional and the plan for using advertising specialties or premium items such as pencil, flower and so on.

~BAD EFFECTS OF FAST FOOD~

Assalamualaikum..hi guys..i hope all of you cheers right now..:)..hm..i'm start thinking to post an article about fast food..as we know..all people in the world ever eat fast food..right now, many brands of fast food exist in this world..for example is KFC, Mc Donald, Marrybrown,Pizza Hut and others..all of us like to eat fast food and some of them will at least once or twice in a month although they know it have bad effects..it is not wrong if we eat fast food..but do not eat regularly..

When i search an information about fast food..the meaning of fast food from Wikipedia is  food that can be prepared and served very quickly..We all know that fast food have bad effect but we  ignore it because we eat fast food only to satisfy our desires..okay, i want to share with all of you some bad effect if we eat fast food regularly..

This is research from (NaturalNews) Researchers..the research state that  "Eating fast food regularly increases the risk for obesity and type 2 diabetes. A recent study done by Julie R Palmer and her colleagues found that the consumption of restaurant foods significantly increases the risk of type 2 diabetes in African American women. Another study found that young adults who frequent fast food restaurants are more likely to become obese in later life.

About one-third of adults in the United States are obese, and the prevalence of fast food stores and regular consumption of fast food is considered as one of the major reasons for obesity. A single meal from a fast food centre sometimes contains enough calories needed for an entire day.

Julie R Palmer and her colleagues studied 44,072 participants between 30 and 69 years of age who were not diabetic at the initial stage. It was found that 2873 of them developed type 2 diabetes over a period of 10 years. The incidence of diabetes was greater among women who ate take-out food more than twice a week. Another important finding by the study was that eating fried chicken and hamburgers significantly increases the risk for diabetes. Women who ate ate fast food burgers or fried chicken were 40% to 70% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes than others who never ate such food.

The study also found that the average body mass index (BMI) of women who ate burgers, fried chicken or Chinese food more than once a week was higher than women who never ate fast foods. They also gained more weight over ten years than the second group. Of the 2873 women who developed diabetes, blood sugar levels were higher in the women who consumed burgers and fried chicken than others who ate other types of fast foods.
For more information and statistic, you can visit this naturalnews webstite at http://www.naturalnews.com/028237_fast_food_diabetes.html

The research above is base on oversea countries and next article is research done in Malaysia..In Malaysia they debates on Fast Food ads because  too many ads will influence people especially kids to eat fast food..for example, kids want to eat fast food because it include toys for them..many fast food brand rushed out their ads to influence people to buy their product..too many ads will make they have many choice to eat..

The Malaysian Information Ministry also made it clear that besides fast food produced by large companies and those under franchise, the authorities would also have to monitor and enforce laws on the use of fast-food ingredients that could be detrimental to health and of those that were produced by small companies and unregistered businesses, to ensure that they comply with the permissible standards.

This is because of the emergence of various “instant” local delicacies in the local consumption market such as sandwiches, curry puffs and other confectionary items, to name a few, that contain preservatives to make the food tastier and last longer, which could be harmful to health.
The banning of advertising of fast food products or “the silent killer”, aptly described by the Malaysian Health Ministry was primarily motivated by the increasing number of Malaysians suffering from “affluent” diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension causes and the critical rise in obesity among children and adults.
A statistical report provided by Weight Management Information Centre revealed that one in every five adult Malaysians is either overweight or obese. Generally, a person who is more than 20 percent above the maximum healthy body weight is considered obese. In Malaysia, the percentage of adult women who are obese is considerably higher (7.9 percent) than men (4.7 percent). Presumably many more are overweight. Although our figures on obesity are good compared with Australian or American women (13.2 and 41 per cent respectively), it is worse than Thailand, Philippines, Japan and China.
